We clarify the brief and present one factory at a time. You decide whether to request a sample.
We confirm the sample price and carrier quote before dispatch. You pay sample and shipping costs, or arrange your own carrier.
Once you accept the sample and final sourcing direction, approve the scope and pay 8% of product value, with a $300 minimum per order, before contract coordination.
You sign the purchase contract and pay the factory directly. Our core engagement completes at signing; any later coordination is limited to the agreed support scope, without a delivery guarantee.
